Brandon O’Connor’s article “Planning for a Digital Estate” was recently chosen by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division to be published in its periodical, At Issue. The article’s focus is on an emerging area of estate planning which involves access and control of a person’s digital assets during incapacity and after death. The topic is particularly relevant because Pennsylvania legislators are currently considering the passage of a law that would expand estate planning avenues regarding digital assets.
Brandon’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, in addition to general business and real estate matters. He lives in York County with his wife and growing family.
